BOOK REPORT Your child will choose a "Battle Book" to read from our school library. A book report will be due Tuesday, Sept. 27. I will send the rubric home with your child, a week before the report is due!
We have started making "The Symbols of Utah Booklet!" Each students will research a county of Utah and report to the class! This will be done in class!
We will start out learning about the "Scientific Method!" Next, we will study "The Utah Biomes!" This includes indigenous plants and animals of Utah! We have been studying Insects and Spiders! We will make Anatomically Correct "Edible Insects!" We will take a field trip up Cedar Canyon as we learn about the different land zones, elevations, habitats, and adaptations of each. We will stop at the Water Shed, Wood's Ranch, and Navajo Lake!! More information will follow!
